Company Secretary ( CS )

A Company Secretary will be responsible for fulfilling statutory and regulatory requiremtents and for ensuring that decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented. It is not only a prestigious and financially rewarding profession but also carries with it a high level of job satisfaction.


Foundation Program(8months) - Plus two

Executive Program (9months) - Graduation except fine

Paperwise exemtion for LLB and CMA qualified persons 

1. Passed LL.B. (with 50% of more marks in the aggregate)

2. Passed the Final Course of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India [ICAI(Cost)] 

Cut off dates for admission to CS course:
For Foundation Programme : 31st March for December Exam and 30th September for June Exam

For Executive Programme : 28th February for December Exam Both module  , 31 st May for December Exam Single module

and 31st August for June Exam , 30th Nov for June exam Single Module
